In 2009 we bought the building that is now our main restaurant. After
restaurant was opened in July, 2010.
The banquet hall building was purchased in March, 2010 and was used to
practice the preparation of menu items during the remodelling of the
restaurant.
Our opening was a bit premature, because the construction in downtown
kept many from coming to try our food. Those who did come gave us great
reviews. However, there was not enough business to weather the
construction period.
Today, with the Ford Arena open and our debts from the first opening paid;
we are ready to approach the opening again.
We are suggesting that those who come together to support this opening
consider the full range of food opportunities that the site can provide. With
two large kitchens and a variety of dining spaces, the restaurant and
banquet hall should be a huge success.
