Business Arrangement Options

The current owners of the property have supported the purchase and
remodelling of the building, along with all equipment and furnishings.

The work list page describes estimates of the work that will be needed prior
to re-opening and the tasks that can follow the opening.

Interested parties could make an offer to buy out the current owners.
However, some might prefer to a partnership agreement to participate in
the ownership while supporting the cost of completion and re-opening.
Finally, it could be possible for a tenant / landlord relationship to be
established.

This range of possibilities needs to be further evaluated with interested
parties. The current owners are open to any of the options, based on
further discussion.
